"I dropped off a plaque from a trophy for a fantasy baseball league I participate in to get my friend's name put on it for winning the 2025 season. When I'd won the league the prior year, my name was spelled incorrectly on the plaque for the 2024 season. (It was NOT Bay Images that made the mistake.) The people at Bay Images noticed that my name was spelled incorrectly for 2024 completely on their own and chose to get a perfectly sized replacement plaque and redo every name on it so that I could have my name spelled correctly, and they still only charged me for the one name I'd asked them to do. It was so thoughtful of them to do this and showed excellent attention to detail. Some of the best customer service I've gotten in years with them going above and beyond like that.
